New Product for my Hot Air Buick customers! WORK is proud to offer our "Stage 1" upgrade for the customer that is looking for a simple upgrade to modern 5 axis CNC compressor wheel technology. This turbo is perfect for the car utilizing a stock engine, healthy stock fuel system and mild bolt on upgrades like exhaust, air filter and upgraded computer programming. This turbo upgrade has been developed to provide an additional 30-50 HP increase over stock while improving efficiency through the use of a modern blade design that will lower charge air temperature, give quicker boost response and higher boost pressure capability over the stock compressor wheel. This compressor is matched with a turbine wheel that provides higher flow and our proven 360° Severe Duty thrust bearing for ultimate durability. Each turbocharger CHRA (center housing rotating assembly) is 100% NEW, 3 stage balanced to deliver years of trouble free operation.

*This upgrade service is performed to your existing turbocharger, lead time of 3 weeks or less is required once your turbocharger has been received. We are unable to build this unit ahead of time, or ship out with a core charge due to lack of current inventory. Please call if you have any questions.
WORK also offers our upgraded wastegate actuator option, choose from a standard pressure (8-14 psi adjustable) or high pressure (16-22 psi adjustable), or if you prefer to keep your existing actuator simply choose Not Needed from the drop down menu when ordering.
All Buick turbochargers are built on a core exchange basis and take approximately 3 weeks from your order date to complete. Your core must be a stock viable core with no broken hardware or cracked housings to receive full core credit. You have 30 days from the receipt of your new turbocharger to return yours for credit, or you can send your turbocharger in prior to us shipping your new turbocharger to avoid core charges. TURBOCHARGERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT THE WASTEGATE EXTENTION HOUSING, you must specify at time of ordering if your core will include this part, we will be happy to provide one if you are sending it in with your core!
